An event every week that begins at 11:00am on Wednesday, repeating until June 27, 2018
Each Wednesday, 11AM. we’ll focus on postures for flexibility, strength and balance with the goal of improving activities of daily living. We’ll also be practicing breathwork and meditation for reducing stress. It’s a wonderful community of yogis so come join us and have some fun. $5 suggested donation.
