Free Biodiversity Lecture at Stetson Law

September 3, 2015 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Free

Please join us for the first Edward and Bonnie Foreman Biodiversity Lecture of the semester! Join photographer and explorer Carlton Ward Jr as he shares photographs from the 2015 Florida Wildlife Corridor Expedition: Glades to Gulf. Carlton founded the Florida Wildlife Corridor in 2010 and in 2012 led a 100-day, 1000-mile expedition from Everglades National Park to the Okefenokee Swamp in southern Georgia. The journey continued in 2015 with a 70-day, 1000-mile trek from the Everglades Headwaters near Orlando to Gulf Islands National Seashore near Pensacola, bringing new attention to a statewide vision to keep Florida wild.

Lunch will be served. This event is open to the public and will be held in the Great Hall of Stetson Law’s Gulfport campus. If you would like to attend, please RSVP to biodiversity@law.stetson.edu.
