Moving Through Anxiety therapy group

An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Do you avoid situations to stay in your “comfort zone” or feel nervous most of the time? Do you fear speaking in public where the spotlight is on you? Do you constantly feel judged?
This group begins with acceptance and validation, and works – in part – by finding support through others trying to cope with the same struggles. We will receive guidance and strategies to work through the feelings of stress that anxiety can bring.
