Masons Give to Kindergarten Class

Masons Adopt-a-Class Gulf Beach Masonic Lodge No. 291, located at 14020 Marguerite Drive in Madeira Beach, recently took part in the Adopt-A-Class program at Madeira Beach Fundamental School. Gulf Beach Lodge donated $150 to adopt Ms. Skelton’s Kindergarten class at the school in an effort to aid her class with their classroom expenses. Gulf Beach Masonic Lodge is proud to be a part of this worthy program and encourages other organizations and individuals to do the same in their community. Gulf Beach Masonic Lodge will also be donating a new American flag to fly at the front entrance of the school.

Gulf Beach Masonic Lodge No. 291 has served Masons throughout the Gulf Beaches for over 65 years. Chartered in 1950, the Masonic Temple began its meetings at the Church By The Sea in Madeira Beach while the Lodge Temple was being built. Construction of the Temple was done entirely by the members of the Lodge, and even the land was a donation by a generous Lodge member. Those interested in Freemasonry and Gulf Beach Lodge in particular are invited to visit gulfbeachlodge.org. The Lodge has a breakfast from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. the first Sunday of each month; all masons and their families are invited to attend.
