Members of the Gulfport Fire Department gave the ever-popular fire house demonstrations at Night Out Thursday August 4.Gulfport celebrated another successful Night Out event Thursday, August 4 and the Catherine Hickman Theater. Folks came out to meet members of the Gulfport Police and Fire Departments, as well as explore their emergency vehicles. Representatives from the St. Petersburg Police Department and the sheriff’s office were also on hand, and the Florida Highway Patrol brought their roll-over simulator. Attendees were treated to a buffet-style dinner with cake, and kids enjoyed a bouncy house, the Hamburglar, fire hose demonstrations and, of course, Amos the Wonder Horse.
