Beach Goes Pops

April 16, 2015 by Lynn Taylor

Beach Goes Pops
Jack Harris, Mike McBrayer and Dave Zavac enjoy a drink and conversation before the annual Beach Goes Pops on April 11 in Pass-A-Grille.

J Zavac was one of the committee organizers for the event, now in its 25th year. Since its inception, Beach Goes Pops has raised over $360,000 for local charities.

Harris, the evening’s emcee, said, “What makes it incredible is a sense of community. It’s all about community in a fabulous setting.”

St. Pete Beach Mayor Maria Lowe spoke briefly, then the music began with selections from each decade that kept the crowd dancing into the night.
