Chair Exercise – Yoga, Tai Chi, and More From Home

Chair exercise offers people a gentle exercise routine. This one-hour fitness session encourages chair exercisers to pay joyful attention and practice balanced movement throughout the body. The class focuses on stretching muscle groups and moving skeletal joints – without pain. This class will incorporate yoga, isometrics, neuro-plasticity, and Tai Chi.
