Yoga for Balance

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Thursday, repeating until March 5, 2020
Every Thursday 9-10AM. Yoga for Balance helps you bring your body, breath, and mind into balance. We don’t do yoga because we’re good at it, we do it because we need it. Each week we’ll practice a different series of gentle postures that include breath and mindfulness to build all aspects of balance. All levels welcome. $10/session or $35 for the month.
