On Dec. 13, Fusion 49th and Saturday Shoppes held its second event in Gulfport’s Trolley Market Square. For the afternoon, the Tangerine Avenue green space turned into a seafood boil.
Various Tampa Bay and Gulf Coast seafood businesses set up tables, tents, and food trucks for the weekend event.

Grant’s Crabs & Seafood had snow crabs, shrimp, mussels, wings, and all types of goodies. Ginger Grant, who owns the food truck with her husband, greeted customers behind a table displaying their seafood options in to-go boxes.
Along with that, Stroke’s Seafood came up from Sarasota for the day. The business sold boxes of spicy cajun shrimp, boiled peanuts, corn, and potatoes with a variety of beverages.

Pristine Aqua Farms joined the party all the way from Cedar Key. They “offer oysters that are as pure and sustainable as the waters they come from,” according to the farm.
Additionally, Shuckin’ Good owner Dean Tsoupeis and his son Ari worked at the Saturday seafood boil.
“Farm to pizza box,” Ari joked as his dad shucked the oysters into a cardboard box.
