There was plenty of beer and traditional German food at the third annual Tierra Verde Oktoberfest and Market Saturday October 17 at the island’s downtown parking lot. Heizmann, who has German ancestry, said he went to the Munich Octoberfest in 2012 and ever since then says, “I have to go somewhere for Octoberfest.”
