Gulfport Police say the man followed the teenager into a women’s restroom on Gulfport Beach.
Gulfport police investigated a break-in and theft at a Gulfport church. Burglars stole money from the collection box and vandalized some parts of the church.
“He followed them and continued to expose himself even as she was on the phone with police,” Clearwater Police said in a statement.
The man was found near 29th Street South and 17th Avenue South near Interstate 275.

At 4:05 p.m., Pinellas Park’s SWAT team tried to enter the residence and heard multiple shots. Police say they discovered the man was dead of “as self-inflicted gunshot wound.”

Demond Lamar Perry died as a result of a fiery crash in the Tyrone area of St. Petersburg on Feb. 12. Police report someone had shot him before Perry lost control of his car. Crime Stoppers has offered a $5,000 reward for information about the homicide.
