A bloodhound found the construction worker who fled after he accidentally killed a deputy on I-275 on Sept. 23. The hound also found the man who helped the construction worker flee.
“Kiley refused to drop the firearm, continuing to threaten Officer York, at which time Officer York fired at Kiley and struck him,” according to police.
