The Gabber Newspaper book club focuses on books about Florida or written by Florida authors, with a eye toward historically marginalized voices. It meets the second Wednesday of every month at Habana Café, 5402 Gulfport Boulevard S. in Gulfport, except for the December meeting, which is a book swap and party at a private home.
The book club welcomes everyone, but be warned — this is a book club that reads the books!
The book club starts at 5:30 p.m., but arrive early to order food and drinks.
